# This is my new baby, Sasha! We’ve had her 2 weeks now. She was my neighbors cat and their dog attacked her and they didn’t know what to do with her so they put her in the laundry room for a week. The husband was going to take her to put her down and she escaped the box he had her in and I just happened to be outside putting Christmas lights up. I ran over and picked her up and she started to purr! Next day I was at the vet for 14 hours getting her fixed up! The laceration on her face was from the top of her eyelid, down her face and across her chin! She is so loving and fits in so well with our 3 other cats!

# Well, we scooped up another kitten. I saw it behind a local gas station. The wooded hillside next to it is a dumping ground for cats and there are lots of feral & dumped cats around. Fortunately, people do put food out for them. The store clerk said several people had tried, unsuccessfully, to catch this kitten, who she believes was dumped. I bought a can of cat food and lured her/him close enough to grab. She really tore into me, but I got her home and she’s currently hiding in our pantry. Our other three recent kitten rescues are sweet & curious toward her, but she is pretty frightened and needs some time. I’ve been able to pet her a little while she’s in her hiding places. She’s a beauty.

# When someone dumps a cat off to fend for themselves and you tell him you’re sorry it happened to him and you will give him a home, he’s forever grateful and likes to snuggle closely! Meet Oliver! He’s been with us a couple months now.
