“Our beautiful baby, Gnomie, was fast asleep on her daddy’s lap and had her head buried deep in his lap. Lol. I woke her up when I took a photo and she still gave me a sweet smile. And yes – she is missing her nose. It was removed 6 years ago to save her life after a massive fungal infection took over her nasal passages and obstructed her breathing. She can still breathe and smell through two tiny holes that used to be where her nose was. She is such a fighter.”
