# My wife & I were driving home from a trip into town and saw a kitten almost dart out into the road in front of us. We turned around and found these three on the side of the road. This was well out in the country with no houses around, so we knew they’d been dumped. Fortunately, they approached us and allowed us to scoop them up and take them home. They are extremely affectionate and just purr constantly. They were very hungry and thirsty and are so happy to be safe, fed and receiving a great deal of love and attention. They are two boys & a girl. Both boys are going to be long haired I think. They will be spending most of the time in our pantry for a while until we can get them sufficiently acquainted with our 11 other cats and 2 dogs. We absolutely plan to keep them. They’re just too sweet & lovable to part with.
